Our Founder
Bulat Nasibullin is the “founding father” of music marketing agency NELA Records. He is the true definition of a “self-made musician”.
Bulat grew up in England where he studied Commercial Music at The University of Westminster. By the age of 21, he moved to Vancouver, Canada to begin his acting and musical career. At 27, he made his move to Los Angeles to take his talents to the next level.
Even with the myriad of skills he possessed such as acting, singing, playing guitar, drums, keys, sound engineering, and composing music, the venture was an uphill climb. The determined musician wasn’t about to take ‘no’ for an answer, however.
Today, Bulat has achieved a successful music career in 3 different countries – UK, Canada, and now in USA. He has been bringing old rock sounds to his listeners for over 10 years. Knowing how challenging it can be for a talented musician to make the first steps in the industry, Bulat decided to create NELA Records music marketing agency.
